Day 1: Hanoi – Eo Ken Village Trekking (Lunch, Dinner)

Your guide and private driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi around 6:30 AM.
The drive to Pu Luong takes approximately 4 hours, following scenic rural roads that gradually leave the city behind.

Upon arrival, enjoy a local lunch at a peaceful lodge or homestay before heading to Eo Ken Village, where your trek begins.

Walking through Eo Ken, you will see terraced rice fields, forest paths, and small streams. This area is home to the Thai ethnic community, where daily life continues much as it has for generations. Traditional wooden houses, quiet footpaths, and friendly encounters create a natural and unforced cultural experience.

The trail continues through bamboo forests and small valleys toward Hang Village. Along the way, you may stop by forest streams where locals bathe and collect water — a simple but beautiful part of everyday life in Pu Luong.

In the late afternoon, the driver will pick you up and take you back to your accommodation.
Dinner is served in a relaxed setting, followed by a quiet night surrounded by mountains and nature.

Day 2: Kho Muong – Weaving Village – Return to Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)

After breakfast, the journey continues deeper into the quiet countryside of Pu Luong.

This morning, you will visit Hang Dơi (Bat Cave), a hidden limestone cave located near local villages. Entering the cave, you will discover a cool and silent underground space shaped naturally over thousands of years, offering a different perspective of Pu Luong beyond rice fields and villages. The visit is gentle and unhurried, allowing time to observe the rock formations and enjoy the calm atmosphere.

Afterwards, the walk continues toward a traditional weaving village, where Thai women still practice hand-weaving using wooden looms passed down through generations. You will have the opportunity to observe daily weaving activities, learn about natural dyes, and understand how textiles remain an essential part of local life rather than a staged performance for visitors.

The walking route follows small village paths and shaded streams, with time to rest, slow down, and simply observe village rhythms at your own pace.

Lunch is served at a local home or village restaurant before returning to Hanoi by private car.
Arrival in Hanoi is expected around 6:00 PM, marking the end of your 2-day Pu Luong slow trekking journey.
